CHANGE YOUR MINDSET CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

Among the things you are supposed to be careful with is your mindset because our mindsets shape our worlds. The quality of your mindset will determine the quality of your life. The life you are living today is the result of your mindset of yesterday. You may be wondering why your life is the way it is, but all that came from your mindset.

Our mindsets make us, our mindsets break us, our mindsets build us, our mindsets destroy us you have to be very watchful with it. Now let's look at it in details.

What is mindset?
Now in this definition there 3 important things being put across.

i)Belief.

: a feeling of being sure that someone or something exists or that something is true. If you are life is not going well the first place to check is your belief. Belief is a strong thing which exists inside everyone of us and  is the foundation of how we will live our entire lives and how we will conduct and lead our lives. If you are born in a belief where it tells you that being wealthy is evil then through your entire life you won't dare to become wealthy and probably you will hate rich people. If you are born in a belief where there is inferiority complex then you won't be able to go beyond your limitations because you are formed into a circle of fear and failure. If you are born in a belief where they see success,possibilities and opportunities then your life will be expanding to the best everyday. Don't start checking the results of why you are living the life of failures, first check the belief behind the results. Our beliefs are obtained from only 2 places
i) From our family backgrounds
ii)From our own personal experiences

Good news is you can change your belief from poverty to wealthy, failure to success, loser to winner, inferior to superior, it is possible my friend and it all starts with you. You don't have to be a slave of your family's belief or your unfortunate circumstance belief no!..you can change it today just decide from now on you are not going to be conformed to your loser's belief, failure's belief and shift to new foundation of winning and success belief.


ii) Thoughts

It says thoughts are product of thinking , now how are  thoughts formed?!!...well your thoughts are formed by belief. So if your belief is poverty then what you will be thinking always is poverty and that's what you will become a poor person. Your thoughts are very powerful because they can create a reality equal to them. There 2 kinds of thoughts

i) Constructive thoughts: These kind of thoughts allow you to grow and build yourself positively through allowing positive things,idea,conversation to enter in you,

ii)Destructive thoughts: These kind of thoughts can't allow you to grow and are very dangerous, poisonous. They don't let you reach your potentials and become what you were meant to become. They can only attack you when you always let negative things take control of your life.

See how powerful your thoughts are?...so you have to choose what to think each and everyday. Before allowing any thought to enter inside you measure the effect it will have in you.


iii) Mental Attitude.

a complex mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values and dispositions to act in certain ways.

So this falls in sequential order, your belief and thoughts will determine how you will respond to things outside you. Look the way you act everyday if is fear then you have to go back to belief and thoughts. So is easy to know in which condition you are, simply by looking the way you act. Am repeating again it's possible you can change your life just decide and when you do start changing from inside-out.
