For ages now many people have spoken about success and failure. Many books have been published to educate people if they want to walk on  the road of success and get out of failure life. And many methods have been written to guide people through the journey of success and how to learn from a failure. Many books if you read them, they will recommend steps like change your mindset, have vision , keep hard working, don't give up and things of a sort. These are  great steps which anyone should possess if he/she wants to be successful and if not possessed it leads to failure .But among the crucial fundamental elements which most of them don't talk about alot is people we keep around our lives or in other words we call it "friendship!!".
What is friendship?!...The word friendship carries a very concrete meaning which most people don't really know about and am going to show you how concrete that word is.

• "H" is for Happiness......The way I feel when we are together.
• "I" is for Inseparable....Through good times and bad, tears and laughter. A friend will always be there for you jst frnds like u ..
• "P" is for Perfect........The friendship that you and I share. You make normal days into special days. Turn my tears of sorrow into tears of laughter. My world is a brighter place due to the friendship and love that we share.

 Friendship in our lives has a very huge consequences whether  positive or negative. Many of our lives today have been ruined or constructed because of people we let hanging around our lives. Among the success or failures we incur in life 70%  is either from bad friendship or good friendship. You can have good vision, you can be hardworking, you can be persistance, you can be whatever successful individual needs to be, but if you have bad friendship it can throw all your strength in the trush and take you back to square one.
Here is the thing about friendship, friendship is like an injection of medicine in the patient's body, it enters directly into the blood and controls the all system of the body to heal.
 So if is injected in over dose it can cost patient's life or even lost of life eventually but if injected in the correct dose, eventually a patient will heal. This is so true to friendship, if you have bad people around however much you  try to rise above the bars, they will pull you back and if you have right people around certainly you are winner everywhere. Friendship is addictive, which means it can influence any person to become another person whether a winner or a looser. And it controls a golden territory of wealthy called "MINDSET". This is where friendship starts to influence first, that's why is strongly advised that to be careful with people we allow to hang around our lives, they contain either poison or sweetness. If you hang with negative friends don't expect to live positive life. Because when someone listens how you talk or the way you live, is so easy to know what kind of people are in your life.
